After the planned renovation, Lingbi Huayang Garment Factory will fully adopt industry-leading intelligent hanging production systems, realizing full-process digital management and flexible production scheduling from cutting, sewing to quality inspection and packaging. Through automatic workstation allocation, intelligent process circulation and real-time production capacity monitoring, this system can increase production efficiency by more than 30% and greatly shorten the order delivery cycle. Upon completion of the project, the factory area will be expanded to 80 mu, equipped with 20 intelligent production lines, forming an annual production capacity of 3 million pieces of various finished garments. It is expected to absorb more than 2,000 employees, becoming a leading large-scale intelligent garment manufacturing base in northern Anhui.
The factory focuses on the large-scale production of medium and high-end functional garments, with core product lines covering down jackets, outdoor jackets, outdoor work clothes and knitted garments, mainly undertaking industrial transfer orders from the Yangtze River Delta region. Relying on the group’s technical accumulation in the field of new material application, it will widely use recycled environmental protection fabrics and functional accessories, enabling products to have professional properties such as windproof, waterproof, warm keeping and breathability, while achieving the goal of low-carbon and environmental protection production.
