Established Kunshan Sunshinetex Textile Co., LTD., the company is located in Kunshan Jinshan Building.

In October, Kunshan Sunshinetex Textile Coating Co., Ltd. was established and Kun- shan Huili Coating Textile Co., LTD., which is located at No. 15, Qingfeng East Road, Kun- shan Development Zone.

In August, Kunshan Sunshinetex Textile Co., Ltd. was renamed Kunshan Huayang Textile Dyeing and Finishing Co., and operated and managed Kunshan Dashi Printing and Dye- ing Factory.

In January 2007 by Kunshan Sunshinetex investment Lingbi Sunshinetex Clothing Co., LTD., 2009 No 1 factory completed equip- ment installation was officially put into pro- duction.

In August 2009, it acquired the land of Kun- shan Shengdi Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. located at No. 417 Sanxiang Road, Kun- shan City. The construction started on July 28, 2010 and was completed on February 15, 2012.

In Oct 2012, Huayang Co. relocated No.417 Sanxiang Road from No.15 Qingfeng East Road, Kunshan Dev. Zone, and began full- scale production. Main business knitting, transfer printing, dry coating, transfer & dot-adhesive lamination, fabric design/de- velopment, and testing.

In response to the needs of enterprise devel- opment, in October 2014, Kunshan Sunshine- tex Composite Material Technology Co., Ltd. was renamed Kunshan Sunshinetex New Material Co., LTD.

In June 2014, Kunshan Sunshinetex invest- ed and built Nantong DongYi Fiber Tech. Co.,Ltd., located at No. 88 Lifa Avenue, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Haian City, Nantong.
The first phase of the project started on May 19, 2016, was completed and put into oper- ation on September 2018, the second phase of the project began on June 16, 2020, and was completed and put into operation in January 2022.

In September, Suzhou Dongyi Huayang Gar- ment Co., Ltd. was established. The compa- ny is located in Suzhou economic develop- ment zone.

October established Anhui Sunshinetex Technology Co., LTD. The company is locat- ed in Bengbu City, Anhui Province, Yuhui Dis- trict, Tushan Road No. 1201. And acquired Anhui Yayuan printing and dyeing Co., LTD.

Sunshinetex Apparel (Mangshi) Co., Ltd. was established on April 9th, located in the Padi Industrial Park, Fengping Town, Mangshi City, Dehong State, Yunnan Province, mainly engaged in garment manufacturing, clothing and apparel wholesale and retail, etc.

June, Sunshinetex Technology Co., Ltd., An- hui officially started operation, focusing on the research and development and produc- tion of green degradable,able and functional fabrics, covering materials such as polyester, nylon, and polylactic acid fiber, with products including dyed and printed fabrics.
